Q: What equipment do I need?

A: To get started... hand weights, mat, resistance band. Even water bottles can work to start with.

Other optional equipment includes kettlebell, loop resistance band, stability ball, varied size of weights.

Q: How long will I have access?

A: You’ll have access to the Facebook group and replays for 4 weeks.
